Nicole has been working in veterinary medicine since 2010, including emergency, behavioral, exotic, and general practice. She has managed large specialty veterinary practices in several states, and spent many years working in zoos and aquariums as a behavioral trainer and veterinary nurse. She has a BS in psychology and Master's in Health Administration. She is thrilled to bring her love of reptiles to others!

Dr. Abdul Basit received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Riphah College of Veterinary Sciences in 2022. Dr. Abdul Basit is currently working as a Veterinarian at Alpha Pet Care Clinic, honing his diagnostic and surgical skills by treating all kinds of pets. He has worked at local zoos with a number of wild animals and birds such as tigers, monkeys, and exotic reptiles.
